Hypnosis is a science at the service of your well-being.
Neurosciences explain us, today, how hypnosis allows us to activate the functioning of our brain to achieve our objectives which sometimes resisted the most tenacious will.
On the one hand, our brain does not distinguish between what it imagines and reality.
In our neuronal functioning under hypnosis, these are the same areas in our brain that are mobilized. This is why hypnosis is seen as a space for transformation.
Neurosciences today show, in fact, that hypnosis makes it possible to achieve a neuro-functional equivalence between mental imagery and the actual execution of an activity in the development of a skill, for example. Hypnosis allows the development of a skill, but, for all that, does not replace the need for real training. It is the conjunction of exercising an activity and mental imagery that activates our capacities for transformation.
This means that our brain is able to act on our body.

On the other hand, the whole stake of the transformation rests on the emotional aspect of the lived situations.
This emotional aspect can cause a form of brain short-circuit, which thus blocks any evolution, despite all the will that you put at the service of your goal.
It is therefore by intervening on the perception of an event that we have the power to change our behavior.
For these two reasons, I followed specializations in neurosciences applied to hypnosis and in management of emotional blockages RITMO (EMDR), which I put at the service of your well-being.
Why is this important?
Neuroscience has discovered that the memory of trauma is transmitted in DNA (up to at least 3 generations) and that this transmission can be stopped.
