WHAT IS THE UNCONSCIOUS?

Working with your unconscious is a way of becoming aware of yourself, of taking care of yourself and of being in harmony with yourself.

Our beliefs and thoughts are influenced by our subconscious. Our unconscious has, in fact, been programmed from our education, behaviors observed in our environment and our perception of lived experiences.

The unconscious simply designates that part of our mind which automatically manages, without even having to think about it, everything that we do not consciously manage: walking, reading, speaking, driving, ... It regulates and coordinates our biological functions: heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, metabolism, respiration, ... The unconscious represents an important part of our neuronal functions. It thus constitutes an immense reservoir of knowledge.

The unconscious is also that part of us which escapes our consciousness because, often, we have only learned to use the conscious part of our brain which thinks, which reflects, which analyzes.

It is the seat of our emotions, of our behavior and belief programs. It is not programmed from our desires and our wishes, but from the perception we have of lived situations. This is how he can protect us by repressing events experienced as traumatic, but it is also he who allows us to change our behavior.

Your unconscious is your ally.

Hypnosis offers us the possibility of connecting to this intuitive and creative part which knows our true needs. Thanks to advances in neuroscience, we know that our hypnotic subconscious is particularly:

  • creative

  • able to foresee change and mobilize these internal resources which are all potentialities likely to lead to the desired changes

  • open to find solutions and facilitate new learning

  • able to modify their perceptions and to make them evolve according to what one can think or live in the present and not according to the past.

Working with your unconscious is a way of becoming aware of yourself, of taking care of yourself and of being in harmony with yourself.
