My career - My approach

To meet your goals and support you in your life projects, I base my practice on a comprehensive and personalized approach focused on your aim.

Born in 1963 in Switzerland, i lived in the United States during my early childhood, I had the chance, very early, to open up to an international environment, which allows me to offer you English sessions.

​

After specialized studies in financial management at the High Institute of Management and more than 15 years of administrative and financial responsibilities, I wanted to harmonize my professional skills with my personal aptitudes and motivations.

​

Then graduated in social engineering and social responsibility, I supported teams in both economic and social performances and managed social institutions departments for teenagers and young adults (in the context of child protection , legal protection of youth and disability).

​

Relationship difficulties, particularly highlighted with teenagers, was one of the main issues for the young and their parents.

​

Thus was born, little by little, my wish to be able to contribute to support those who seek to overcome the challenges of life and to become again actors of their life, by means of hypnosis, communication and the management of emotions. I am convinced that helping to release emotional blockages from an early age with children and parents helps to create a personal development dynamic and raises the hope of their own resilience for our teenagers.

So I naturally specialized my work in the support of children, teenagers and their parents, as well as everything that contributes to wellness like getting free from tobacco, overweight, or pain for exampel.

​

Master practitioner in hypnosis, I am certified by the IHT (Institute of Therapeutic Hypnosis) of Switzerland and am a member of the UFH (French Hypnosis Union), where I share my practice with other practitioners in workshops and specialized conferences.

​

I put at your disposal today my life experience and my skills to support you in a personal and professional development aim because I am convinced that this is the first base of a social responsibility both in family and professional level.

​

My experience has shown me that social responsibility is based on quality human interactions and that they are everyone's responsibility towards themselves, as well as towards others.
