WHAT IS HYPNOSIS ?

An alternative solution  effective,  which remains simple  and accessible.

Ericksonian hypnosis is a tool of communication and change developed by Milton Erickson (1901-1980) American psychiatrist.

Hypnosis is a recognized technique that amplifies our learning capacities and offers excellent results in multiple fields, personal and professional because it allows us to access a deep part of our mind, called the unconscious.

Hypnosis connects the conscious and the unconscious by creating communication with the subconscious.

Hypnosis is an altered state of natural consciousness, also known as hypnotic trance, which we all experience several times a day, such as when you are captivated by a movie, a book, or are in your thoughts. or in the moon for example.  It is that moment when your whole being seems focused on what you are going through, when nothing else seems important.

Hypnosis is therefore accessible to everyone.

The person in a state of hypnosis may present, apparently, signs specific to sleep such as closed eyelids, calm or immobility, he remains sensitive to his environment, hears outside noises and can interact with the practitioner.

The hypnotic state is, in fact, different from sleep (it is not the same areas of the brain that are activated), it is a state of hypervigilance in which the capacities of the brain are particularly developed.

One can compare the hypnotic state to that of a daydream, where will and reflection give way to imagination and physical and mental relaxation.

Functional imaging techniques  (FMRI) show today our  neuronal functioning under hypnosis. What the brain imagines  in the present moment including emotions, uses the same neurons as if the person is  really in action. The interest is therefore to experience these moments, repeatedly,  as a reality, which forms a new strategic map and becomes integrated evidence.

Hypnosis is an interior journey where the harmonic melody of words soothes ailments. It is an invitation to travel in our imaginations and in our dreams to connect us to what is deeply meaningful to everyone.
